The Double Cup ServoRam is a very useful arrangement of the electromagnetic ram that is totally sealed and has a simple form of construction. Originally designed for elevators, the double cup construction is the basis for vehicle suspension system designs and it is used in most electromagnetic motion bases. The design is fully scaleable and can be powered by off-the-shelf electronic drive units.
